Rules for using MurMur apps and Premium content.

License
MurMur apps are provided for reasonable personal, family, or educational use. On iOS and iPadOS, unless a different specific agreement applies, the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Android, use is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms.
Children's use
MurMur apps are designed for young children, but downloading, purchases, subscriptions, and parental-area settings must be handled by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. The parental area may contain purchases, external links, settings, and contact features.
Premium subscriptions
Some features or content may be offered through a Premium subscription. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play depending on the purchase platform. MurMur cannot directly cancel a subscription purchased through a store; it must be managed from the user's Apple or Google account.
Content and intellectual property
MurMur text, images, sounds, interfaces, brands, and educational content are protected. They may be used as part of the normal app experience, but must not be copied, resold, redistributed, mass-extracted, or used to create a competing service without prior written authorization.
Availability and updates
MurMur works to provide a calm, stable, and accessible experience. Some features may depend on an internet connection, including purchases, subscription restoration, reviews, contact messages, and Premium pack downloads. Updates may change, improve, or remove certain content or services.
Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. It covers website data, Firebase services, in-app purchases, pack downloads, and messages sent from the parental area.
